since i've lost my camera my energy for sewing has been abundant. this is one of many (and perhaps the most simple) sewing projects i've taken up in the last few weeks. i've been to Dolly's Tyger (a fabric store near work) so many times this week, it's almost second nature to stop in on my way home. they have the best selection even though its quite a small shop. it's my favorite shop in central Stockholm and happens to be one subway stop away from the office. on the plus side, the service is minimal yet great, the couple that work there have a great dynamic, the woman is very stern and has a cold exterior and the man seems more submissive yet charming.i love them both for happening to have exactly the fabric selection i need. not to mention a whole yards length of various length industrial tooth zippers, hanging in a very beautiful way. anyway- sorry for the overload of images on the skirt, i was (and still am) testing out my new camera, and why let the test photos go to waste!
