the intricate tubes at Charles de Gaulle airport in paris. the space was so
contradictory to the airport in stockholm, i loved the bare wet concrete
feeling of it

Père Lachaise Cemetery where i visited the graves of
Jim Morrison and Oscar Wilde

the amazing sky over Louvre

Johan and i went on this ferris wheel and upon reaching a sudden halt at the top,
we regretted it for a second. i guess we're both afraid of heights to a certain extent
but were never in the situation to realize it.
it was the most amazing view of rooftops i've ever seen.

the view from the Centre Pompidou

one of my last photos. i'm only fond of the Eiffel from far away.

dear reader,
sorry for the lack of fun posts. i am in paris, drinking french beer, eating lots of bread, hanging out at le perle, taking photos and generally not being my old self. although i love the idea of not being with you, i predict you will see me soon. love m

p.s. i just wanted you to know that this short love letter took me half an hour to type on this french keyboard. kiss

mustard 80s jkt- thrifted from wasteland/ Misha Market shorts/ JC Cage boots/ vintage purse

shitty iphone photos from tonight. this was around 11 pm at night. it's so energizing to have light for almost 24 hours, I can barely sleep when it's so bright outside.

tonight i had one of the best meals of my life, plus champagne, an amazing bottle of spanish wine and drinks at F12 by the water. what a perfect midsummers night.

tomorrow, i'll be making an indian feast to celebrate a pagan/swedish holiday called Midsommers Eve

while on vacation, i finally met my new boots! here they are in some night photos shot by my great friend angeli (THANKS).
i spent all three days while in SF in these boots, walking, running and even a little jumping- they have 3+ inch heels but are far more comfortable than any other comparable heels i've worn.

at first glance, most people think they are uncomfortable but the architectural cage structure is definitely a plus. im not a huge patent fan but in such minimal, i can live with it. these have inspired me to dream up a cage vest, necklace and a handbag...

i am wearing: altered thrift dress/ h&m sheer top/ old jeans/ vintage boots/ misha bag

i spent my last day of vacation in california walking around golden gate park/deYoung museum/ china town.
here's my older sister and I in the gardens below the DeYoung Museum. the weather was perfect, so was the company. i almost didn't want to come back.

i think these are my new favorite pair of boots, they're being stretched at the shoe repair shop since they are a tad bit too small, i can't wait to get them back so I can test them out on this side of the world.
